Thank you for choosing DDS Hair Service.
Please review all policies carefully before securing your appointment.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

This deposit goes toward your final service total.

Deposits must be paid within 1 hour of booking.
Unpaid appointments will be automatically cancelled.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations are not permitted.

The remaining balance is due at the end of your service.

All services are subject to 5% GST as required by Canadian tax regulations.

Please arrive with freshly washed hair, free of heavy oils or buildup.

Appointments may be adjusted or declined if proper prep guidelines are not followed.

Clients are given a 15-minute grace period.

If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible.

Appointments will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours (3 days) notice.

Reschedules requested within 72 hours are not permitted.

Photos or videos may be taken during or after your service for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Permission will always be requested beforehand.
You are welcome to decline.

The studio address will be sent after your appointment has been booked.
